How does the AI quote tool work?
On a site visit, open SiteMole Pro, tap Record, and describe the job out loud as you walk around. Add photos and short video clips. SiteMole transcribes your voice and uses AI to write a structured job brief covering scope, ground conditions, access, hazards, materials, plant requirements, and estimated duration. You review and edit, then convert to a live job with one tap.
What's included in the timesheets and payroll report?
A weekly grid showing every operative's hours per day, the jobs they worked on, and their role. You can filter by any week and export to CSV for your payroll provider.
What is the Snag List feature?
Snag lists let you or your operatives log defects or unfinished items against a job — with photos. You track each snag from raised to resolved, and get a sign-off report at completion.
Can I store site documents in the app?
